@BDBohnzie That Guns of Brixton cover was amazing. I've always been an enormous Jimmy Cliff fan. So many people under appreciate, or flat out just don't know him.

I still think he's got a better voice the Marley.

The saddest and most puzzling thing about this is that a lot of us grew up in Generation X and Y with this kind of music. To me it is a shock that theres not more music thats at least influenced by the alternative style. We shouldn't have to dig to find great songs for that genre.

ha, they actually opened for the killers at the patriot center a few weeks ago. i made sure i didnt catch any of their set, killers were pretty good as always tho.

Yeah it was a major reach when i posted it, and i should have stoped after my first post. For the record the only indie bands i like are solely found on the major labels......

Either way im just hoping VCU can keep climbing without skipping 15, as im trying to go as Taylor Swift heavy as possible.
