My own Rant... A$$ Holes that chose to keep the High Beam headlights on at all times! Recently I have been Blinded multiple times by jerks that keep their High Beams on all the time. [/quote] I think it has to be a regional thing. I used to live on winding roads back in the Southern California mountains where people drove with brights a lot, but at least they dimmed them as soon as they saw approaching lights. Here in Central Virginia on the winding back roads they dim them as they are passing you, way too late. I have a feeling California cops ticketed people that blinded others and the cops here don't. |

I'm not sure how much lower you can get than shitting on families that had their kids mass murdered. |
Re: What REALLY grinds your gears?
When you drop your car off Monday at the crack of dawn thinking you're getting it back in a couple hours. Then you get a call Monday afternoon saying they need it overnight. Then Tuesday comes and they call back that day and say they need to tear apart the whole engine and need it the rest of the week and the weekend. Then you get home Tuesday and both your favorite baseball teams lose and your favorite basketball team's season ends after choking away a huge lead in the 4th quarter. Today can go fuck itself so fucking hard. That grinds my gears.

I can understand the car issues, sometimes you don't know the extent of the problem until you tear into it. Also it seems your auto parts stores and dealers don't stock the inventory they used to. Everything is in a main warehouse states away or drop shipped from a supplier. On the other hand auto body shops are notorious for quoting short lead times they never deliver on. |
Re: What REALLY grinds your gears?
Got a Wedding invite and it says "Black Tie optional" , WTF does that mean...it's either a Black tie formal affair" which means I am not going or I can go in my Navy Blazer a nice pair of Dockers and a tie and not look like a bum.

I feel your wedding pain. I have to rent a $220 dollar tuxedo to go to a courthouse wedding next month. That makes no sense to me. |

If it's "Black Tie" then say so but if you make it optional....I mean??? I realize if I am in the wedding ..ok sure but I am an out of town uncle and do not own a "Black Suit". |

Wow, last time I rented a Tuxedo they cost $50. I guess that must have been a long time ago. |

straight up trash Another thing that annoys me at the gas station is when all the pumps are taken and everyone is inside the store. If you paid at the pump move your ass to a parking spot so others can fill up. |

They in there making a cell phone call, surfing the internet, picking music selections, etc. Or they sit and wait for someone who went in the store and grabbed a 48 ounce soft drink they didn't need. General rule: Get gas and drive away |
