Re: Now What??
Cerrato needs to be let go and there needs to be an emphasis that Cerrato #2 not be waiting in the wings to take over.
The next player personnel man needs to be a man like Marty Schott who says "If the owner attempts to alter the roster or influence it then pay me the rest of my contract because you will have just fired me" Remember when Marty had that clause in his contract? That guy was before his time. Snyder couldn't stomach that for more than a season though...that mark ass buster!
Let me try this another way..... How does firing Cerrato now help us out now? What will it do to change our enemic offense? and our lack of a pass rush by our defense? or help out the secondary? |
wow The last guy that called the Radio had a point...Maybe Collins should be the starter.
Ok, thanks for sharing. I'm not listening to the radio so this was a random statement. Unless you care to share what they were talking about. So we can have a decent discussion. I'm not busting your balls cause I too would like to see Collins for my own reasons. |
Yeah I really don't get those that insist on continuing to blame JC. I think it's quite clear our problems run much deeper than QB. JC has been one of our few bright spots this season.
I agree...... |

We need a come to Jesus moment and we need Snyder to repent hardcore. Nobody said it had to be easy. We have to undo what's been done and that will take a through cleaning of the previous mess. We just lost to the lions so the expectations for this year certainly are not great. Blow up the front office now...there won't be another draft for 8 months...we should be good. What's the worst that can happen...we lose to the lions? |

We could go with your live demo-ops plan I guess? Either way it will be difficult and messy : ) |
Re: Now What??
NOw What? Well we have 13 more game and maybe we have seen the worse and things will turn around next week. The 1st half looked really bad after the first drive but the team came back and truned things around.

Re: Now What??
We are never going to get anywhere with spending big money on one or two players, trading away draft picks, and not addressing our weak spots, and we have no depth. We need to start by getting rid of Cerrato. I give credit to Synder because he wants this team to win, but he brought down this franchise over the past 10 years, and its going to take awhile to turn this ship around, its not gonna happen over night.

He at least has enough previous NFL coaching experience to fill out his coaching ranks and then be accountable for the people that he brought in. Not this mix and match crap where Zorn isn't even monitoring or managing the defensive players. The mix and match coaching ranks is an atrocity!...effing ridiculous that it is even considered and then executed on an NFL team. |
