I feel like this is a winnable game for us, and We do need it heading into the bye
Lame. Smoot running his mouth for the benifit of Smoot. Trying to get headlines, unfortunately the media,in this case yahoo, is more than willing to print garbage.

The upsetting part of that is the header to the right that says Eddie Royal had 3 TD catches. Wish we had gotten that guy. =(

We are having an unlucky season...this happened just AFTER he torched us.
Detroit Lions receiver Nate Burleson was involved in a one-car accident overnight and sustained a broken arm, according to a press release by the team. Burleson will undergo surgery today, and his season appears to be in jeopardy.

Detroit Free Press reporter Dave Birkett is reporting that Burleson's accident occurred because a pizza fell off his front seat around 2:25 a.m., which led to the receiver breaking his arm in two places.
Yep we make guys out to be All-World. Our beloved Redskins have lost at home to 2 teams that were sub-500 last year. What makes anyone think they can win on the road against anyone.

Until they actually win a game, they are no better than the Raiders. You are who your record says you are and the Redskins are 0-for the season right now.

Well that really sucks.

He will most likely go on to become an outstanding right tackle for them and we will all be stuck downwind.

But he was right on a 100% with this.

It’s about time somebody be honest,” Smoot said. “Sometimes RGIII can be a brat, alright? Because I’m watching these other quarterbacks and I’m watching how they compose themselves and the things they do. With Luck and Wilson, and it’s a different vibe. Sometimes I’m starting to think that RGIII is really really buying into the attention. But I tell anybody this. The NFL will humble you. And I think he’s going through that humbling process right now as we speak.”

Is there any plans to bring up Chase? I seriously think he could do a better job than Wilson and Biggers.

Xavier was on the practice squad, not roster. Chase is already on PS.

I thought he was quite humble when we were 3-6 last year, and when he was laying on the FedEx turf with a shredded knee in January.

Smoot is quite the character but not exactly an authority on how someone should conduct themselves IMO.

I get it, at 0-3 everyone is ripe for the picking. Sure Griffin is capable of much more, but so is everyone else.

Re: Around the NFL Week 3

I think Smoot is running his mouth to get attention and get jobs. So it's fashionable to crush and pile on RG3? Smoot first in line. Maybe him and McNabb can get together and blow each other.
