I have a feeling he will file a discrimination lawsuit when his bid is rejected by the NFL. I would not be surprised if he throws a wrench into the sale process.

Davis won't even get by the BoA vetting process to be formally rejected by the league. He's not even going to get a foot in the door to have a leg to stand on with a lawsuit.

Years ago I was visiting my Dad in VA and he took me to see Cooke's grave. I was amazed he's buried in a very nondescript church cemetery with a modest marker.

If you’re Snyder, you want two things. One thing is certain.

(1) to walk away with what you consider a good deal and a boatload of cash,

and which of these?

(2a) a new owner who will succeed in creating a perennial playoff contender, bringing glory to the team you grew up being a passionate fan of

* or *

(2b) a new owner who will fuck things up worse than you did, perennially winning 2-5 games over the course of the next 20 years.

Pretty sure it’s 2b.

I honestly think out of those two options it would be 2a. He's a schmuck for sure, and probably not a good person in general, but I do believe he was/is a fan...he just let that cloud his vision and judgment from the get-go, making bad decision after bad decision based on his fandom rather than based on good business principles.

But I don't care what he wants at this point. Just get the fuck outta here with your boatload of cash...
