Nope is decent
First movie I have attended in a few years. Even before Covid. It was good until they showed the monster. The mystery was better than what looked like a big piece of cellophane in the sky.

Certain movies demand to be seen in IMAX and top gun is one of them.

Top Gun - 9/10 and i generally dont like action movies. this was so well done.

Nope - 7/10 ...

If you’re thinking of seeing Bullet Train, just don’t.

Fucking terrible.

Watched this in entirety will sipping down a third of a bottle last night:

Netflix
Trainwreck: Woodstock '99

I wasn’t into the nu metal stuff outside of the deftones or Rage and this festival looked like a complete shitshow. Very Bro-y shit going on

Woodstock 94 was much, much better than 99…the Nine Inch Nails show was iconic. It launched them into the stratosphere. 94 was dismissed in this film simply because it didn’t make money, so 99 goal was to get paid.

I probably had more fun in 99, when the riots broke out we just went to our cars and kind of camped out there until it was clear to leave. Even that wasn’t bad just sitting around drinking and shooting the shit with guys who are still my friends today.

Wow,trailers made it look good, but also the trailer was long,I hate it when all the good shits in the trailer and then you see the movie and you've already seen all the good stuff

The trailer is all you need to see

Shame because it has a great cast and they’re totally wasted on an epic piece of garbage movie

Top Gun: Maverick was bad ass.

Normally, when I hear so many good things about a movie, I'm let down. Hard for the personal opinion to match the hype.

I absolutely loved this movie. Glad I had to buy it. I'll probably watch it again within a month's time.

Yeah the trailers had me wanting to see it in the movie theaters but then the reviews came out. Seems like a very poor mans Guy Ritchie Snatch plot .. but on a train.

Licorice Pizza - really excited to see this ... but it left me feeling a little disappointed. Great feel, acting, screenwriting was unique ... but there was no plot, no conflict and resolution.

Felt like a movie "indie" hollywood people made to suck its own "intellectual" dick. Like the 90s movie The Muse, a bunch of actors (and kids of actors) stopping in doing cameos. A movie made by the people in the hollywood bubble for people in the hollywood bubble.

Maybe im jaded.

I hate how 90% of the actors or directors or any title .. all come from parents who were actors or directors or any title.

Hollywood is nepotism were favors get passed down generation to generation.

I always root for the actors not born into Hollywood.

If you haven't seen The Girl Next Door, see it asap. Just re-watched it for the 1st time in 5+ years, still hilarious.

Note - Not a family movie
