Re: Cardinals vs Redskins game thread
Preilou (sp?) has been playing great this year as nickle

Re: Cardinals vs Redskins game thread
now hopefully we can get past a 3 n out here... maybe move down the field seal the game with a FG? ... or do u think coach joe will be conservative for no good reason...

Re: Cardinals vs Redskins game thread
could be a very small problem but i just think the play calling is bad.... for our passing game, the o-line is a run problem
You must've missed that blind side sack on Campbell when Wade let the man go clean past him. So, our o-line problems are not exclusive to the run. |
Re: Cardinals vs Redskins game thread
I think they did scale back the gameplan because of the off line, but i wish they would try some stuff like the direct snap to portis,or let ARE throw the ball, something to keep the def off balance

Re: Cardinals vs Redskins game thread
Yup...I might be absent this week. :D
It's obviously true though...tens of thousands of fans are booing, and several on here have already mentioned it. Maybe it's actually true.
I think the fans are getting tired of being turned on and off. They see games like against the Lions and the Eagles and they get excited and go, "Damn, this team may really have their act together this year". Then they go to games and see things like this and start losing faith and getting pissed. Skins have a serious problem with consistency and the fans at FedEx know it. |
Great another week of moronic posts, I can't wait.
I agree with you about the Giants and Packers game, but this game is completely different. The Giants game we did through quite a bit, and Packers game just had terrible execution. Yes Oline is banged up but that is no excuse for not even trying hard to score. |
Re: Cardinals vs Redskins game thread
Why are posts questioning the playcalling 'moronic'? Can you say that the playcalling hasn't been very conservative this half?
It all starts up front. When you can't run the ball it makes it tough to do anything, and when you're missing 3 starters along the offensive line it's bound to limit what you can do. But let's just take the easy route and blame the play calling. |

If it was Wade's man that got the sack it coulnd't have been blind sided. |
Re: Cardinals vs Redskins game thread
Why is that inexcusable?
Not so much inexcusable as a crutch. As soon as things go sour, "Oh, it's the injuries". Good teams play injured, sick, headless, whatever. Like I said, how to teams like the Pats, Jacksonville, Indy, get things done with or without injuries and the Skins can't? |
Re: Cardinals vs Redskins game thread
damn,the shotgun,what a novel concept!

Re: Cardinals vs Redskins game thread
They take a shot and the WR drops it, play calling issue??

Re: Cardinals vs Redskins game thread
2nd half drives:
1st drive, 2 runs, 1 pass. 2nd drive, 8 runs, 2 passes. 3rd drive, 1 run, 2 passes. 4th drive, 2 runs, 1 pass. Current drive 1 run, 1 pass. That's 14 runs to 7 passes. Just an FYI. |

The point is, Wade let him go cleanly. |
Re: Cardinals vs Redskins game thread
