Re: McCoy to Start Against Indy
RGIII has had 4 1/2 regular season games with Gruden, in my opinion that's not enough time. Yeah, he's raw, has regressed, etc. I say bring him back next year for a due or die and let's see what happens. If RGIII wants to succeed he must immerse himself on learning how to play in thr pocket, hire someone to help him out.
He's been down that road... http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2014/04/13/qb-coach-terry-shea-on-rgiii-he-reminded-me-of-player-i-saw-coming-out-of-baylor/ And even though it's only been 4.5 games with Gruden, you can't discount all the games last year. |

I'm just over the 20 year cluster fuck that is the Redskins. Love them, but it's tough.

Re: McCoy to Start Against Indy
Grudens no genius im pretty sure of that. Once again im gonna break it down to talent id like to retain moving forward and thats it. Kerrigan, Breeland, Amerson, Morris, Djax, Garcon, Morris, Trent, Lichtensteiger, matter fact all of our linebackers.
On another note our TEs are too small. Reed, Niles. Both small our wrs are small we need a mismatch at TE not somebody smaller than mike evans or megatron playing TE imo. I like Reed in an Ertz role like they have him in Philly. Both cant block either were not gonna resolve our issues there a Blocking and catching Te is that too much to ask? Basicly if you mixed Paul with Paulsen youd get the guy i want. And im only talking tight end lol this team needs a major overhaul. Edit- on another last note. In regards to RGs benching. I do believe that griffin truly lost the locker room, especially with his WRs. Andre Roberts never get the ball. Garcon barely gets touches, even Djax when hes in, though he did hit Djax for a couple bombs two games ago. But garcon.. He never gets the ball when Griffins in. Thing is.. The last game we player the 9ers. They have no slouch of a defense. Ok theyre missing Willis? They had Aldon back and they have a young kid at mlb by the name of Borland who might as well be Willis right now lookin like Kuechly out there. My point is... Its not like we played the Jags and Rgs looking like a bum out there. Eli just threw 4 ints against that same defense. |

No but it doesnt... Snyder isnt going anywhere, hes just not. He doesnt play on sundays. Hes in his box with Tom Cruise. |
Re: McCoy to Start Against Indy
No way we trade him to Dallas lol
|
Re: McCoy to Start Against Indy
Kirk Cousins is the perfect QB for Gruden's system. If his system is so good and RG3 the problem, why did Kirk struggle so bad? If we draft a QB it will be another Cousins from a pro style system.

WTF happened? So much promise, thought we would be owning the division for a decade or so or at least in the hunt. Was the injury that damaging? |

And is a primary reason for the way things are now. For example, many people thought Shanahan was full of crap blaming Snyder for preferential treatment of RG3. Yet now with Shanny gone, we have rumors from the Redskins that was indeed the case. |

I just think RG has a poor attitude and the mix of being Snyder's pet didn't help. Where in Portis case, he was the voice for all his teammates to Snyder. |
Re: McCoy to Start Against Indy
I wish I had a time machine so we could stick Colt in there vs the 9ers, watch him throw picks with Grudens ass playcalling. Hes not Jon... hes not. My three best friends are all brothers, ones dumb, ones smart, ones sorta.. the last name means nothing to me.

When you’re done going back to last week, lend me the keys would you? Only I’d like to swing by the Snyder residence around May ’99 armed with a pair of pliers and a blowtorch. |

Gruden's seen more than enough. |

Those shitty plays had guys running open all day and the film shows it. But while time travel isn't possible, you can definitely edit the film to see what you want to see. Right now though it just shows a bunch of wide open receivers and a lost QB who can't get them the ball. |
