Wasn't he still a ally back then? I think so. I think it was Clinton that initially put the order out on Osama, and both he and GWB have vested interest in this campaign/target. |

True. I mean certainly the last three Presidents have the most vested interest in this. I just wondered what the protocol was, if any, to inform all past presidents when there is major news. |
