That means they're definitely running a lot of four line fronts this year with the signing of Carter.

The redskins scraps are the patriots treasures!
Unless I see something interesting on this thread, here are my closing thoughts (a la Springer).

I really don't care what Albert Haynesworth does and personally I don't think any Redskins fan should care.

I hope the team has learned its lesson about paying a lot of money to troubled players.

And I would like for this team to take a page out of the Patriots and be ready to cut or trade any player that doesn't get with the plan.
I agree with everything here but i would add on to you last thought. Like the Patriots i would also focus on adjusting your schemes to fit player talent, something that Belichick is great at. If you have more 4-3 guys then run more 4-3 plays.

Belichick is surprising me...AH and AC equals half our old d-line. Could it be there was big time potential in the group we had lol? I will say if the Pats defense is better than ours fans should have some strong words for our coaches/front office.

...as others have intimated the truly great coaches build a scheme around the talent on the roster. Last season we tried to fit a square peg into a round hole. Hopefully Haslett has a roster that better fits his scheme (whatever that is).

Darth Hoody somehow finds a way to get old players and/or head cases to produce on his defense.

I laughed harder at the first three than I did the final one.

Bet people aren't so upset about getting a fifth for him now. Thank god we let him go when we did, otherwise he might've gotten injured walking through the building at Redskins Park and intentionally sabotaged all his trade value.
