oh yeah 100% especially if you are selling and buying too, it is so stressful and everyone involved knows they have you by the short hairs so get your wallet ready we did it right when covid started; probably my best investment ever so in the end it was worth it but during it it was like a root canal |

Agree. I bought a new house in the last year and it’s never ending. I’m sitting right now at home in my office and literally have around 50 boxes of my stuff, collectibles, etc which haven’t been open to create my man cave. Of course everyone stuff is out and in place. |

Second hand pot smoke. Driving down the road and you stop at a light and it looks like an old Cheech and Chong movie in the car in front of you, the shit stinks and it 's illegal while you're driving.

Fuck these people and places of business. Look fuckers, have we’ve covered stubbing toes? Worst than childbirth…I don’t give a fuck what woman say. I have two solutions, A) all pinkie toes cut off at birth B) immediate national building code where all extended corners should be rounded. Thoughts? |
Re: What REALLY grinds your gears?
Cash only places can suck it. And if you don’t take things like Apple or Google pay you can also F off. Get with the times.

"Batteries not included"
Charge $1.00 more and throw some low-grade batteries in the package so we can all at least turn on whatever we bought for a little bit. |

Their oil and vinegar should be sold as a drink. Definitely my favorite sandwich place. Togo's is another good one, but I don't think they have those out here on the east coast. |

i literally have no idea how subway stays alive anymore, there is one right by our J Mikes; how can you with a fully functioning human brain go to SW over JM when they are right next to each other "you know what, today for the same price i rather have a shitty sandwich" heads to SW |

"you know what, today for the same price i rather have a shitty sandwich" heads to SW
Subway is probably my least enjoyable fast-food type place. That's really just a: We need something now, and it's there, kind of place. Definitely would not go out of my way to get Subway. |
Re: What REALLY grinds your gears?
One time for my birthday (I was in my 40s) my step mom gave me a $25 gift card to Subway. I laughed because it was like a big old middle finger.
a. It's Subway b. The closest Subway to my house is 20 miles away c. I don't eat fast food |

If the gift ever takes way more effort to use than it's actually worth to you, they did you a disservice. |
