Gettis, McRib, Compton, Crawford? Already given up on these guys?
It's not about giving up this draft or the next draft or my evaluation of any of those players, which is way across the board. It's about what the Redskins were willing to give up for what they have gotten.

What we've seen in three games is that the Redskins can still be not that great of a team in spite of the performance of RG3. Which is what we could/should have learned in the Campbell era. But didn't, apparently.

If things are bound to get better, they will get better in short time, starting today. If they don't, then they won't. More time cannot fix incompetence.

Jake Locker knocked out of game with a hard and clean hit. Looks like his wrist or shoulder. He missed an unblocked blitzing CB.

Huh? you specifically pointed to the draft and "all we have to show for it". What more do you want to have to show for one draft? 5 pro bowl players? ensured long term success forever? From this draft we got, apparently, a Franchise qb, a Shanahan RB, a promising DB in Crawford, and other potentials. The next two drafts we are missing our 1st round picks, but the rest of the draft board is full, and we have seen quality play from a couple late round picks in each of the Shanallen era.

Then you say that the Skins can't be that great team in spite of RG3's performance even though our offense is #6, and we lead the league in scoring. How that is in any way comparable to the JC years is mind blowing to me.

Incompetence? We lost two primary starters on the D and have reasonable backups to come in, and had Jenkins not suffered the ACL last year, we might not have missed a beat. We have been building depth while trying to find a qb solution. I think it's harsh to be talking about incompetence.

Akers missing a 55 yarder. Gotkowski (or however you spell it) missed one for NE. Lots of missed field goals today.
