Re: NFL news (4/25) - Ricky Williams, Javon Walker being shopped, Casserly to Resign
Damn, the Packers sure are stingy with money. I would be shocked if they trade him for anything less than a 1st round or a 2nd and 3rd rounders.

We came out on top on the whose Sean Gilbert fiasco.

Well, I guess. Though admittedly Sean Gilbert wasn't any part of their success, Carolina made it to a Super Bowl since that trade, and we haven't. Plus, one of the draft picks we got from them is officially gone -- Lavar Arrington -- and he never lived up to the hype, either. |

Casserly did squat here. He won a ring off a team he didn't build with a HOF coach he didn't hire. Once all that washed out he was gone pretty quick. He then proceeded to do very little in Houston starting from scratch. I think it has become apparent that he isn't that great a GM.

Seems to me that Norv is a pretty good OC. He just isn't cut out for head coaching. He has had some great offenses and even had some good ones with Gus Frerotte as QB. That does require some pretty good coaching. He is totally worthless as a HC though. What a disaster. |

Absolutely agree. The guy was a total doormat as a head coach. |
