That's the same thing I thought with Art Monk. He was the best receiver ever when he hung it up. Yes, he got passed after he hung it up, but that doesn't make him a worse receiver. That's just crazy.

Does this mean we as Redskins fans or Art Monk himself needs to send him the same Cabernet that Vermeil sent him. NEVER in his wildest dreams would we stoop to that. Too bad Z Queen and Jabba the Buffet Man couldn't be suspended for a couple of years............this would prove to be the key ingrediant for our own Art Monk to get into the hall of fame.

Of course he would have an asterik next to his name in Canton. Ironically so do the Redskins because of 2 SB wins during strike seasons.
