SNL had an "alternative" ending to Its a Wonderful Life that Id like to see. George Bailey finds out that Mr. Potter stole the Savings and Loan deposit and beats the shit out of him, knocking him out of his wheelchair as the town people cheer and take turns kicking him.

I like movies with no happy ending. There are way too many movies out there with sentimental happy endings I'd like to butcher. Any movie where the hero/heroine dies is a good movie.
