If you just post the URL, it will turn into a link:
[url]http://www.thewarpath.net/images/avatars/06Av_JoeyT.jpg[/url]

However, if you wrap it in IMG tags, it will display the image. The yellow button with the mountain on it is the IMG button:

OK, no clue why that didn't work.
It posted the site, not the picture.
Can you dumb it down for me and go step by step...cause I am confused as to why that didn't work.

You did it correctly, but the problem is that the URL does not end with and image extension (e.g., "jpg", "gif", "png"). The IMG tag thinks that it is not an image, so it displays the link.

If you click on the link in Google images, it takes you to the following link:
[URL]http://www.dvddrive-in.com/images/t-z/vibrations11.jpg[/URL]

Which you can then use in the IMG tag.

Jsarno. Put the URL such as "www.google.com/image.jpg" Only put "[img]" at the beginning and "[/img]" at the end. "[img]www.google.com/image.jpg[/img]"

Looks like that's what he did - I think the problem is that the link doesn't end in ".jpg". Actually, looking at it again, it's not actually an image, it's a link to the Google Image search page that contains the image in a frame. Basically, the link doesn't point to an image, so no image is displayed.
