Even while he was starring with the Alouettes as a rookie last season, defensive-back Chip Cox always kept the National Football League in his rear-view mirror and vowed he would return.
Why are we signing these dudes??? |

Do you read through threads, or just respond to the first post you see? There are a good five posts in this thread explaining exactly why we'd want to sign guys like this. |

Is it the weather or are we all getting pissy all of a sudden? :(
|
Re: Skins sign another CFL player
For the sake of The Warpath's health, I think the Skins should stop signing CFL players.
Page 3 anyone? |

Like I said in another thread where everyone kept jumping on one another, it probably has to do with a 5-11 season, IDIOT! PS- 60 degree days in January don't usually make people pissy |

F*** you! If you can't handle it, I'll break your jaw. You are such a girly-man. |

LOL. Nice use of asterisks you bastard.

Re: Skins sign another CFL player
What is it about CFL players that gets everyone so excited? My goodness, what's going to happen if we actually sign someone who might make the team? ;)

I think I'm having an anger hangover from people insisting that evolution is wrong. Bear with me, it's going to take a while for me to regain faith in our nation's education system. OK I'm not bringing that discussion over here, that's for sure. So I'm done with that. I just go back to Daseal's thread about the decline in quality around these parts. It used to be 80% of posts were quality, adding to the discussion. But more and more, we see posts like that one, where it becomes painfully obvious that the person didn't take the time to read the thoughts provided by others on the subject. Grrr. |
Re: Skins sign another CFL player
I'm just posting to see if we can hit 3 pages over a CFL player...heehee :)
Darn it didn't work. |

Yeah....like Mike Sellers or Joe Theismann |
Re: Skins sign another CFL player
Also, another point. Adding guys like this can be good for the attitude of your football team. They're young and hungry, and willing to do anything to make a team and make an impression. They're guaranteed to bring their lunchpails every day. So even if they're just around for camp and then gone come September, sometimes their workmanlike attitude can be contagious in training camp.
I completely agree. These guys are young & hungry (unlike most players the skins sign) with the potential to outplay their contract. I'd like to see the skins find & sign more of these guys. |
