That's what I was thinking.

I must say they seem very well adjusted to living that way. My only question is who controls there legs? Does one control the right and the other the left? It would seem that it would be hard to walk no to mention run.
Also if one eats pizza. Do they both get heart burn? What is there anatomy like?
Thats what was so cool on that show about them. One controls one side of the body and the other one controls the other. They play on a girls baseball team and they can think together to hit a ball and run the bases. They drive this way, clap without even talking about it they just seem to know when the other is going to clap. Its strange how well they work together. They could get in a fight and hit each other. One thing for sure it would suck if they hated each other.

I was just going to say how much would it suck to get in an argument with the other one?! There's no way to get away!

Pretty interesting to see what organs they have and share:

Abigail and Brittany Hensel - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Common organs
Most of Abigail and Brittany's shared organs lie below the waist line.

2 heads
2 arms -- originally 3, but the short malformed central arm was removed
2 spinal cords and backbones which merge at the pelvis -- surgery corrected scoliosis
3½ lungs -- surgery expanded their chest cavity
2 breasts
2 hearts in a shared circulatory system -- medicine taken by either affects both
1 liver
2 stomachs
3 kidneys
2 gallbladders
1 bladder
1 ribcage
1 large intestine
1 female reproductive system

There's another joke I could have made, but I wanted to take the "high road". :biggthump

I'll tell you the punch line though:
