I'm looking forward to a new season and a playoff birth, not the retirement of Gibbs and the era of Williams. Lets get through the season before worrying about prospective future head coaches.

Gibbs does have another year on his contract and I whole heartedly believe that he'll win the big one by then. If not he might step down, but he'll serve his 5 years and try with everything he's got to win 1 more! I know Joe Gibbs and I still believe!
