Re: Jason Campbell signing 6/14 in Hampton Roads
Just spoke to the folks at Circuit city, they said JC would be on hand to sign from 6-7:30. Who's going? I'll be there.

It is to far for me to go... but if it is anything like Stephen Davis years ago up here, there will be a LONG line. If he is only signing that long, I would strongly suggest you get there between 4:30-5:00 just to make sure you get a place in line. I would be surprised if they don't stop the line at some point, and JC is very popular now and will bring out ALOT of people. |

I'll be there also... Pretty Sweet looking forward to it!

Enel... welcome to the board with your first post. |
Re: Jason Campbell signing 6/14 in Hampton Roads
This event was just listed on Autograph Signings - SigningsHotline.com It says that a donation is required. That is a little unusual for an event at Circuit City, but just have some cash with you just in case.

Re: Jason Campbell signing 6/14 in Hampton Roads
The event was actually really nice. There was no donation required. If you wanted to buy a football they sold them there and he would sign in front of you for $25, that must have been the donation?
Myself & Wife took four footballs and a few posters and JC signed them all and took pictures with us. No charge at all. There was also NO limit on items he would sign....NICE! The did cut the line off with tons of folks still pilling in, not everyone got to meet and get sigs. His alloted time was 6-7:30, we left after talking to a bunch of SKIN fans around 8 and he was trying to finish up. We had a BLAST! This kid is first class and looking foward to a "GREAT" season, very fun to talk to, and no HURRY UP, RUSH...CRAP! Well Done by JC & Circuit City! I'll post a few pics tomorrow. |

Very cool on no limit... usually they limit to get more people taken care of. |

Yea Rich, It was suprisingly great. Never been to any signing like this one. Very well put on! They had JC set up in the sound room, so you had one on one time. Shocked at how well they set this up. We got there around 40 minutes later than planned, mayor traffic issue in tunnel. I wasn't so sure we would make it..? We got pretty lucky around 25 or so people behind us the CC folks got in line and stayed in line to tell all this was it. Kinda sucked because some of the folks were already in line and they removed those folks, from that point on it was just all the new folks pilling in, they told them this was it. We felt VERY LUCKY! GREAT EVENT! |
Re: Jason Campbell signing 6/14 in Hampton Roads
I got there just before 6pm and was out there around 7pm. JC has such a level head. I gave him some tips on improving his accuracy (not throwing his medium passes so high). And he just took it all in. I feel good about this kid. If the defense gets back to old form, we're a lock to for a strong run.
CC did lay off a bunch of people and it showed. There are a lot of young kids working there now. I heard they did offer to hire some back at reduced pay but, they had already threw commission out the window. |
