Let's hope that Sartz & Blades turn out like Golston & Montgomery, 6th & 5th rnd. picks respecitively. I disagree w/your post 2nd round comment. There's always big talent in the 3rd-5th, and then a few gems that come out of the 6-7th.
today's skins insider in the post mentions that GW was getting after Sartz & Blades. Hopefully both of these kids will respond to his berating rather than sulking.

A number of people, including Peter King, applauded the Skins as getting these two as steals in such late rounds. In 2 years we might need em to start.

right now Springs is the only dback we have that can cover anyone. this is a make or break season for Rogers. and hopefully Smoot will rebound from a horrible -06/07 season

Yeah, but those guys were all at the ends of their careers. Our secondary is still very young and not washed up. It's tough to compare the two...different circumstances.
