I think four of the top five were redskins coaches at one time, Lombardi, George Allen, Gibbs, and George Halas (not sure about him but I think I recognize his name from the ring of fame help me out on that one)

He was a Bear from start to finish I believe, hence the nickname Papa Bear.

Yes, and one of the original owners that formed the NFL. One of very few owner-coaches. And a great one.
