Re: The first Offensive Play of the Year
What i want it to be: toss right to clinton portis with an option to pass...he hits santana moss streaking up the right sideline for the touchdown
What i think it will be: portis iso up the middle off of Randy Thomas' left asscheek 3-4 yard gain...the follow up play will be a play action pass. |

It would take them half a season to recover. Let's go for it. |
Re: The first Offensive Play of the Year
Counter Trey for a couple yards.

Re: The first Offensive Play of the Year
First 3 plays:
1. Medium pass to Cooley down the middle. 2. Portis outside run to left. 3. Betts inside run out of two back set. |
Screen to Moss.
Write it down.
I agree, that seems to be one of the skins favorite plays since Spurrier has been here, but I love that Portis to Moss idea someone else said, but it will probably be a handoff to Portis |
Re: The first Offensive Play of the Year
2.5 yard gain by Portis up the gut. It will get better, but we almost always run the ball on 1st down, Miami will be expecting as much and they've got a formidable front 7.

Re: The first Offensive Play of the Year
That is why I wouldn't be surprised if it's a short pass to Portis out in the flat or Cooley for a 5 or so yard gain.

Re: The first Offensive Play of the Year
No doubt, Portis run.
