Re: Bad news on Taylor (no MRI yet, though)--from JLC
I have a bad sprain in my ass that Gibbs is giving me.:spank:

Re: Bad news on Taylor (no MRI yet, though)--from JLC
Taylor's injury is the same one (grade II sprain) that kept Samuels out 4 weeks during training camp/preseason. The injuries are just absurd.

So we likely will not have Taylor back until around the same time that Thomas returns? :frusty: |

Re: Bad news on Taylor (no MRI yet, though)--from JLC
Sean Taylor out at least two weeks according to RI...
Redskins Insider Man, I bet T.O. is breathing a little easier! |
Re: Bad news on Taylor (no MRI yet, though)--from JLC
That would really really hurt (no pun intended) the team if he's out. Time to bring back Andre Lott!
On a related note, whither Omar Stoutmire? On another related note, why is Macklin always inactive? On yet another related note, while Taylor is out do you think maybe we could lock him up for another 10 years or so?
I liked Andre Lott, its too bad he didn't work out. Now Im stuck with a few of his auto cards. Is he even in the NFL now? Hell I would give a nut to have Ryan Clark back. |
Re: Bad news on Taylor (no MRI yet, though)--from JLC
Damn. Well, we're going to have to really make some adjustments now. Come on Sean! Heal up quick!!!!

Yeah we definitely need to keep the ball out of Romo's hands as much as possible. Drives like we had at the start of the 3rd quarter yesterday are exactly what we need to win...except we need TDs not Field Goals. This is going to be a tough tough game. I'm looking forward to a good battle. |
Re: Bad news on Taylor (no MRI yet, though)--from JLC
Are you guys serious? We have eleven Redskins injured? This is ridiculous! (There ya go JWsleep)
I can understand not blaming injuries when you have a couple of key guys out, but not when you have as many key guys out as we do. |
Re: Bad news on Taylor (no MRI yet, though)--from JLC
I'm kind of getting the feeling that maybe it's just not meant to happen this season, which sucks because it will probably mean more transition and more rebuilding. Losing 50 percent of your first team is just too much for a team to endure. Hope I'm wrong.

The part about that is the Cowboys defense has not allowed a 100 yard rusher all season. Jacobs came closest on Sunday with 95 yards. |

Washington, Taylor, Rogers, Jansen, Thomas, Moss, Smoot, Griffin, McIntosh, Thrash, and ARE are all out or are battling injuries. Of course, Moss, Smoot, Griffin, ARE and McIntosh will likely be in the lineup come Sunday. Nevertheless, if someone told me Washington, Taylor, Rogers, Thomas, Jansen, Moss, and Thrash were going to be out of more than few games, I'd tell them we'd have a 6-10 season on our hands. |
Re: Bad news on Taylor (no MRI yet, though)--from JLC
sandy, about time for that trend to end, CP's comin to town. 100+ comin up!
Yea this really stinks losing ST & JT thats all we need another big key player/players out. Those are aweful big shoes to fill in ST. I hope the team can buckle down and play 60 minutes of ball on both sides, and have a great day on special teams, Rock has been doing really well on kick off returns. |
