The Chargers have got to be kidding with this incentive. On the one hand you could say they're geniuses because there's no way they would ever have to pay this. On the other hand what sort of image are they trying to create for themselves with this? It's a shame because if they were a respectable organization players would certainly love to play for them, who wouldn't want to play and live in San Diego. That city is a postcard
