Well it seems the FO doesn't know what we're doing either, so I can see the confusion in whether we are reloading or rebuilding.
It seems we are rebuilding when didn't go after any key FA, nor did we trade away any picks. Then again, we seem to want to be reloading with offering a dumb trade to Cincy for CJ.
If you are asking what I would prefer, then I will say I will prefer to win! If that means rebuilding, then so be it, if that means reloading, then you get my point. (although if I were GM, i'd try to rebuild) ;)

I don't think the redskins will ever be rebuilding with Snyder as owner. He doesn't have the patience for it. Why rebuild when you can overpay for aging plays that contribute next to nothing to your team.

I don't think we are rebuilding. If we were rebuilding wouldn't the owner go out and get a coach to pick his staff and then look at the players and cut dead weight? Snyder went out and picked up the best coach he could find that would keep the status quo in regards to the coaching staff and players and would essentially only change the passing offense we lacked. [B]and[/B]if the passing offense is the issue with Snyder then why wouldn't he go out and seek out a trade for a top rated talented WR to spark this offense? and lets not forget some players will likely be cut prior to training camp as well as during training camp so we can always look for younger players that Bugel can coach up or the DL coach can utilize.

Most rookies will take a yr or two to get the scheme down and tricks of the trade for the NFL. If you guys ever thought we had a owner that was rebuilding and hoping that we would make it to the play offs or SB in the next 4-5 yrs your mistaken. Our owner is always thinking we are in it to win it, a player here a player there and we could win it all.

a year or 2 ago I was not the only skins fan who thought that any run to the SB must be made when our current great group of Oline is not officially "old". if we are in a rebuilding mode we will not only have to fix and address the current probelms we have but also the problems that while arise over the next few years with our aging veterans.
