Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
Long was and obvious choice for the rams.... keep that clock rollin
|
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
This draft is two Long. :)
Chris has some big shoes to fill. Steve Young was right, the Rams do need a guy that will lead by example and plays with a full speed intensity. I think Chris was the best player for them. |
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
Could Keyshawns outfit be more hideous, I think a clown dressed him.
|
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
looks like Atlanta took the gamble on Ryan, this could be good for them...

I saw Cris Carter in the few minutes before the draft started, vomited, then switched to NFLN. Having to listen to Deion is a chore but Carter is too much to stomach, not to mention MeShawn. |
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
no trades makes this draft boring...lol. at least its quick
|
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
so what do the jets need to do to be booed this year? select the first receiver? a running back not named mcfadden? reach on another tackle...
I think it might end up with the Jets taking Brandon Albert Could go 4. McFadden-Raiders 5. Gholston-Chiefs 6. Albert-Jets 7. Dorsey-Saints (after trade with Pats) |
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
You know it's a good offseason for the Redskins when the ESPN draft ticker reads: Redskins Key Loss: WR Brandon Lloyd

They of course spread all of the D-bags around to each network to keep the ratings even. |

Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
Can McFadden gain one yard in the NFL before they compare him to Tomlinson? Put me on record as McFadden being no better than Reggie Bush in the NFL, no where near in the same class as LT.
Mayock is dead-on, McFadden - Legs dead on contact, can't break arm tackles. |
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
haha, key additions: anyone from the practice squad to take Lloyd's roster spot
|
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
Saints offering KC two #1s and a #2 to get Dorsey....no brainer KC do the deal.
