I doubt that. It's a plate that anybody can get in VA and I don't think that having that would be very professional/looked highly upon by your employer.

Just saw this guy in college park by cornerstone. Very nice plates I must say. I wish i lived in VA i might get my moniker or something similar ki11romo?

How are you sure this is owned by someone in the Redskins organization? I have this same plate haha. They sell them in VA
