Don't discount the Rams too much. Last I checked they have a very good quaterback, runningback, wideouts and guys like Chris Long, Adam Carriker, Tye Hill and Corey Chavous on thier defense. Don't let the record fool you...they have a new coach, Bulger was named the starter again and these guys are playing for thier dignity. I still think there are only 1 or 2 teams better than us right now and the Rams are not one of them. Skins rise to 5-1 this Sunday.

1 - secondary continues to not blow coverage or allow big passing plays, theyve been great so far but alot of pressure is put on them individually to perform

2 - show they can pressure the qb using a 4 man front against a weak O-line

3 - continue to outcoach the other side, use the first half to set up big second half plays

4 - STAY HEALTHY!!!!!!! . . . .and medium.

go skins!!

A quick score on the opening drive, a three and out for them, then another TD will take any confidence they may build if we don't strike quick. We can't let them start to believe in their new coach and system. Pound Portis and Betts as their defensive line is pourous.

I think this stretch is important because now the pressure is on us to not only win but to win big. We need to take advantage of opportunities in the red zone, force turnovers on defense, and play with poise. A blowout win would be the next step to me.

you guys are gonna think i'm nuts,(believe me i am!) i think that today's game is the most important game of the season and will determine the team's character the rest of the year.if the skins can come out, dictate what happens on both sides of the ball, and
play mistake free football,i think it will set the tone for the rest of the season.after
playing as well as they have the last 2 weeks on the road,i think they need to come out and make a statement on the field that says,"hey, you are gonna have to beat us to get by us,no shortcuts this year."

Agreed, I think they come out swinging, with nothing to lose today. They are far from "thin" at the skill positions. I'm calling a close game, 24-17 in favor of the 'Skins.
