Griffin should have the best year he's had in awhile. I would imagine he's tickled to death AH is playing beside him. :)

While on the subject of defense, here's a really nice article on rookie LB Henson. Sounds like he could be a beast on ST's and a hard hitting run-stopper. Fincher had better look out. Griff was a warrior last year and showed no decline IMO.
The d line should also benefit from Palermo's extra experience. |

Agreed. My guy at Redskins Park has been there 3 years now, and he said Griffin looks by far the best he's ever seen him. He'll be on the roster and starting. |
