Re: Snyder responds to scathing fan letter
Maybe as a result of that type response, Mr Fenion will eventually denounce his anxiety and find his way back into the fold. His problem will be cured through winning.

Re: Snyder responds to scathing fan letter
Maybe this was the one letter that forced Snyder to take a look at what he's done....like the straw that broke the camels back, so to speak....
pfft. We all know the real reason!

Re: Snyder responds to scathing fan letter
Ceratto is finally gone. Snyder has hired a competent staff and most importantly he has loosened his death grip on the FO reigns. That is all that matters to me.
The childish taking credit for the change in Snyder is all fun and games. Nobody really cares about the reason or who can take credit for it. Leave that nonsense to the insecure folks that are dieing for the attention and credit. This article does serve is an important purpose to remind Snyder to be careful not to go back to his old ways. Let GM and coach do their jobs. Snyder means well in all, but when it comes to player personnel decisions he is like a person with a gambling problem in Las Vegas. He gets the fever on a certain player and he can not control himself and his decision making. The Snyder bashing has gone down considerably and will stay low if he continues on this current trend. |

Re: Snyder responds to scathing fan letter
Thing is it is the caliber of players we have that will determine the outcome on the field. Shanny is a good coach, but our roster is weak overall. Too many drafts have been wasted in search for high priced free agents that have always underperformed. Add to that the dumb ass moves we have made in drafts since Norv was the HC and you get what we have here, a mediocre franchise. Biggest mistake was not drafting another QB in '96-'97 when it was apparent that Shuler was a bust and that Gus couldn't get us to the promised land
100% correct.
I'm sure Fenlon's letter touched Snyder more so than the MOUNTAINS of negative reaction at the games, in the media, blogs, message boards etc. Give me a break. :pffff:
It didn't sound like Fenlon's was any better then the other negative reactions and it sounded toned down by this article I'm betting. |
