Re: What time do you eat dinner at?
aim for :30 but sometimes we're cooking until 7. I have kids so we have to be eating at 7 to hit the 7:30-45 bath/bed time

Re: What time do you eat dinner at?
My son and I eat at 6 and my wife eats when she gets home from work. If my son doesn't eat by 6 he goes ape shit, he is two and when he is hungry look out!

Re: What time do you eat dinner at?
Since we had our girls, we usually eating dinner by 6:30p. I usually eat lunch between 12:30p and 1p, so by dinner time I'm hungry. When it was just my wife and me, dinner was between 7p and 8p for the most part. But if we don't have dinner started by 6p, the girls tend to get cranky.

Re: What time do you eat dinner at?
On the weekends we eat late because I don't like food getting in my way of drinking.

Digestive nightmare. |
Re: What time do you eat dinner at?
Usually eat anywhere from 6-7:30, always try to get done with dinner before 8 pm

Re: What time do you eat dinner at?
Eating a earlier dinner can help in weight loss, assuming you are not snacking after wards. Sunday to Thursday I stop eating/drinking at 8 for this reason.

What? If you took a peak at the loafs I'm unloading you'd be impressed...it smells fresh too. |

Yeah I try to follow that too, I find I sleep better if I have at least 2-3 hours of no eating before bed. |

I haven't had much luck with any of those Fiber One products. They blast right through me, literally. And they give me some bad cramps too. I'm guessing taking in 50% of your daily fiber in one shot (or whatever crazy % it is) isn't always the best thing. |

A bowl has 35% of daily fiber (probably 20% for me). I'm eating brown rice or whole grain wheat pasta and some chicken for dinner. That combo does wonders for my BM. Are you drinking protin shakes too? Some food with it gives me the runs. |
Re: What time do you eat dinner at?
Yes it is.
Proper phrasing is "At what time do you eat dinner?" But who TF cares. I've got kids, so about 6pm. Even when I didn't though, I would always go nuts if I didn't eat by 7pm. My parents liked to serve at 8pm on weekends, that was a major source of angst in the house. My brothers and I would get famished by 7. But as they say, Golden Rule: he who has the gold makes the rules. And my dad had the gold!
It's a rule for Latin that does not carry over well to the English language. Many experts have said that it's a dead rule. ha ha ha.. |
