Re: RI: Moore, Armstrong starting well
Wow, a thread about how a nice young WR is doing so well and surprising the coach's, not just the fans, and people have to slam it with he's camp fodder.
Well if he have no really good WR's out of the 13 on the roster we might as well pick up T.O. then. Make it a full house of non talented WR's. |

that may be the case but they can only report on what has happened so far
and one would think any positive word coming out of Redskins Park is a plus. Instead we are quick to poo poo it off as just polite talk cause he's camp fodder. |
I don't care how guys look w/out pads on. No one is hitting anyone. Every team has guys like like Moore and Armstrong. Let's see who they do in some pre season games. It's time for Moore, he's actually shown some flashes. What I like about this Armstrong kid is he seems hungry. Not sure we can say that about Kelly and Thomas.
I think it's funny that you have the guys who say. "He can do it in shorts but wait until the pads are on." Then the guy says "Well he can do it in preseason but can he do it in the regular season against starters?". Then they say "Well he can do it in regular season but then he chokes in the playoffs!". And as if that wasn't enough the you got guys that will say "Well he gets us to the championship game but he can't win it". My point being is that the guy is in the NFL, he can do it or he wouldn't be there. When he proves he can't do it he will be let go. A man's size and age are not always a direct reflection of his ability. If you can play then you can play. |
