Kelly is done IMO. Why keep a guy that is injury prone? I'm not sure we should even keep R D Williams

What I am realizing more and more is that Shanahan is not just an amazing leader/coach but is also and excellent motivator. His techniques both with his players and his staff really elevates the team play and keeps it high.
The quick paced practices really forces everyone to pay attention and be ready. His calling out slackers and making them run sprints keeps them on their toes. Canceling practices and letting players rest when the play level in practice drops helps maintain the high level of play.

I really like this:

Former Broncos star Terrell Davis spent more than a week with the Redskins, helping pass along the lessons he learned in Shanahan's offense.

I guess what I am really trying to say is one of Shanahan's strengths is creating a really productive and positive work environment.
I like it.

Very good read and gives some insight as to why Haslet got the job in DC, as much as all of us were dissappointed with the hire of Jim Haslett, I like the hire and what he could bring to this team.

Schefter hit on alot of good things Haslett brgins to a team that already has great players.

I got a question for you. Figured you could answer it best since these guys are your friends.

One "complaint" I heard about the previous Redskins trainers was that their training methods were unconventional and maybe a bit ahead of its time, so a lot of players resisted their methods.
