We actually need only one, because two of these teams will win their division, the
other two will be wild cards, so one of those teams needs to shit the bed, increasing our chances dramatically, i expect either the rams or the seahawks to be that team.

what exactly needs to happen for us to get in the playoffs, besides us winning out?

first off got to get past Philly and then Dallas after San Francisco. I dont think so the thought of playoffs ;) are over after this week

Sends the wrong message. I would rather celebrate if the Redskins do get the victory and not with the footnote "What if." Let's just wish our team luck, that they play their best as a team and then go from there. Not to say that I don't "Believe they can do it" though because I definitely know that they are capable of upsetting the Eagles, the question remains, will they?
