I wish him well and hope Beck can be a viable option for this team. With the o-line injuries and potential lack of a ground game I am a bit concerned for his health.
Hoping for the best! HTTR! |
Re: John Beck Era Begins
Anyone else find it amusing that both Rex and McNabb are benched the same week?

Start Landry Jones!

Cant polish a turd?
Oh well, we can try to put lipstick on a pig. |
could be worse...just glad we didnt do the Vinny thing and send 2 1st round picks for Carson Palmer. Rather have Beck in there now and 2 new rookie QB on the roster next year
I really have to agree with this. Missing in all the luck hype is that next year is a pretty deep qb class. |

WHEW!! Let's hope he starts hitting on some of his quarterback decisions. |
Re: John Beck Era Begins
A better question: does McNabb make the HOF? If you only look at his body of work at Philly you could make a case.

Re: John Beck Era Begins
Good. Hopefully, we'll see improvement in the situational O playcalling to protect Beck a bit until he settles in.

Good point. That SO would have happened if that turd nugget was still running the FO (or letting Danny pull his strings). |
Re: John Beck Era Begins
Actually if Beck is marginally better, I'm thinking it would have a big impact overall.

Re: John Beck Era Begins
I wonder how much Becks mobility and the injuries along the Oline figured in this decision?
