I'd consider our D-Line "studs" this week...

DeMarco Murray - 25 Carries for 73 yards... 2.9 per carry.

This is after carving up the league for the past 3 games. I was very glad to see that today.

Also... 4 sacks when Romo hadn't been sacked in 3 games. I know there were 4 times he KILLED us (they decided the game) by eluding our pressure... but coverage needs the majority of the blame there.
Good points about the D. However, it's not quite strong enough deodorant to cover up the smell of our 3rd down defense today, particularly late in the game.

Oh heck, yes, I agree on the 3rd and long D especially... but the D-Line was who I was praising... and in those situations, they DID flush Romo from the pocket... it's just that a guy was wide open by 10 yards every time he did. lol

Which leads me to another side note...

Add cornerback (at least one) to a MUST HAVE for the offseason.

Yeah, and I don't know if it's been really talked about, but we may be without Josh Wilson (hamstring) for a while. That's gonna hurt. Without him we don't have a cover corner with a lick on this team.

we wont beat seattle IMO they are better than us right now too.. But again I'm willing to take a bad season or 2 (2010) for a QB and more young depth

Dejon Gomes is raw and needs work but I think he's going to be a good one.
Not sure why it's taken a year and a half for Riley to get on the field. He looks like a player.

Riley looks BEAST.. Hopefully he continues to improve and eventually takes Fletcher's spot when Fletcher has to call it quits

Stallworth should get the game ball today. To get cut, re-signed, and come out and play that hard say's a lot about his character.

Seems like Riley got mixed up on that Witten TD, but he's not really going to learn unless he's out there on the field. I think though that even most coaches were surprised he didn't start at the beginning of the season. I suppose the lockout impeded his progress.
I'll second all of the above.

I'll give props to the whole team for playing hard and not tossing in the towel. I was expecting an ugly one sided game today, instead we got a hard fought battle against a probable playoff team. I'll take it.
I agree,it would have been nice to get the win but ive seen this team play worse against dallas when we had better records, great effort

Grossman. The whole team seems to have more life when he's in.

I Agree about stallworth what a game he had and yes shows his character he's a guy that has made some mistakes and paid his time but I'd take him on my team anyday

I just hope the team shows up for the next games just the same way they showed up for this game.

Good write up by Graziano.

So I was unable to watch the game but it sounds like folks are giving P.Riley a lot of credit for playing well. Anything in particular? Same question for Nield.

Like hearing how the rookies seem to be stepping up.
