Re: AFC/NFC Championship Game Thread
Anyone but the Patriots. I could probably even stomach the G-men going all the way. I'd love to see a Harbaugh Bowl, I think the media would be all over it.

You must not have read my post ^^^. Reread it and you can still edit your post. LOL |
Re: AFC/NFC Championship Game Thread
I think:
The Brothers' Harbaugh Super Bowl -OR- Eli v. Tommy Boy Rematch '07 Super Bowl would be more exciting. I am going to go ahead and say it: BOLD PREDICTION!!! Giants are going to win the Super Bowl this year. Here is why. They are the only team playing at a high level on both sides of the ball. The Giants pass rush is dominating the opponents O-line. Eli is playing lights out and his receiverS are dangerous. They have Bradshaw back and Jacobs is steamrolling again. Patriot's defense gives up too many yards. San Fran's offense is slow starting and not prolific. (With the exception of last week but I don't think they will do that again) Raven's offense has not been clicking on all cylinders and Flacco needs to step up. (And I'm not sure he is going to)
I like the way you think! |
Re: AFC/NFC Championship Game Thread
Alot more love for the Giants then I thought so for that I say Thank You.For me I'll say the Giants and .....Ravens in the Super Bowl.

Super Bowl AKA Harbaugh Family Reunnion

Re: AFC/NFC Championship Game Thread
I'm torn. I don't want the Giants to get another trophy and I don't want Carlos to get a Ring, so I think I'm rooting for the 49ers to get to the SB and the Patriots to make them look bad. Letting Carlos get so close yet not get a ring. Then next year can be the Skins year just to throw it in Carlos's face.

While I understand, and agree, that I don't like our rivals to up us in the hardware category, I think it also speaks about the level of play in the NFC East when a rival team does make it to, or win, the Super Bowl. I would rather play against NFC East teams than the West. Winning that division is like winning the first BCS bowl game. NFC West team "X" Wins the Beef O'Brady's Bowl. WOOooo.... |
Re: AFC/NFC Championship Game Thread
Predictions seem impossibly difficult at this point. I guess I'd like to see the Ravens win.

Re: AFC/NFC Championship Game Thread
Patriots all the way!!!!!!
efff the Gints efff the 49ers efff the Ratbirds |
Re: AFC/NFC Championship Game Thread
Giants and Patriots . I hope NY and Baltimore win , can't stand NE or SF . The only good thing about NE winning Sunday is they might make a more exciting SB . As much as I don't like NY , I hope they win Sunday .

Plus Brady is not going to make the mistakes that TJ did. Houston basically handed that game to B-more. IMO this is the blow out game with the Pats going to the big dance. The close game will be 49ers/ G-man. |
Re: AFC/NFC Championship Game Thread
Right now I'm leaning Giants vs. Patriots with Eli getting his 2nd ring

I could live with that. Especially after all the NFC Least talk at the end of the season. |
