Its pretty sad when you need to hire a guy to tell someone he should not smoke pot because they have drug test in the NFL.

I don't think they're hiring him just to be FD and TW's babysitter. It's a position where he's available to the entire team if they need him. It's not just about guidance for the young players, it's also about guidance for older players as they transition out of the NFL.
