As I mentioned in the other thread...it is clear that Dan Snyder is the problem...Honestly, the team has had some good players, and some decent coaches over the years, and the team still sux. The only constant during the Redskins misery has been Dan Snyder.
This. Made the same comment last year, and was called a one trick pony.. Until Synder is done playing with his toy, this franchise will never win. |
We will never be any good under Snyder, unless he has some kind of epiphany and hires pros to run the team.
Like the Shanahans? I mean that's what we said when they got here, and that blew up on us. I have no answers, it's very frustrating. Getting the right personnel guy in here will be a start, and whoever said it would take at least 2 years to get better is an optimist... |

Time to start wearing bags over are heads, and time to pull out those Synder must go signs. At least we can embarrass him on tv..

Re: Bucs Postgame Thread
Lack of talent, lack of being able to identifying guys that aren't narcissists like him. How many injuries has RG3 had? I hope Gruden gets a lot of support, he has a lot of tough decisions to make.

Well I just hope jay has the ability to make those decisions with dipshits in the front office saying no. |

Re: Bucs Postgame Thread
I think the time has come to let LeRib, Morgan, and long play. Let's see what we have in the young guys. Robert lost all confidence and its sad because he has so much talent. the play calling on offense is repetitive.
On defense I would also like to see Robinson, Davis and Phillip Thomas playing. Ryan Clark looks bad... he may have the knowledge, but his body is done. Haz is done in DC as well. |
Re: Bucs Postgame Thread
Time to make some changes since this season is over, play the young guys and let them gain experience. The young guys can't be any worse than what is on the field right now.
OL Bench Lauvau, play LeRebius Bench Chester, play Long If Williams comes back next week then bench Compton and start Moses LB Bench Riley, start Compton S Bench Clark, start Thomas. |
Re: Bucs Postgame Thread
Yep, that Lauvau signing and contract was crap.

Re: Bucs Postgame Thread
Moses was garbage when filling in for Williams today. If it's any indication of what the future holds for him, he reminded me of haynesworth on offense and without an exorbitant contract. Dude made one block, backed off and stood like a statue watching defense run past him and sack griff. He was a waste of a pick. Williams goes down and we have no o line. And when griff did have more than 2 seconds....he wouldn't get rid of the ball anyway.
I'm not even gonna get into how griff, apparently, totally forgot how to slide. What was with leaping over defense and slamming on his back AFTER already getting the first down? Seems to me he isn't doing a wonderful job of learning from his mistakes. |

That's a good analogy. Worse yet boat races are equally as boring attending them in person. Probably because of insurance regulations the faster boats are so far from shore or the grandstands you can't even tell they are going fast. Went to some hydroplane races in San Diego, dozens of heat races all day and a half dozen finals in different classes. All of them were over after the first lap, shortest margin of victory probably was 1/4 mile. |
