Very happy right now. And really happy for the players. You get the sense that they play hard for each other and that makes it great to watch. Love this team.

Whew...so glad the cousins brain fart and missed xtra point didn't hurt us.

A couple things from last night...

First, the winning on the road and winning on primetime jinx is off. We gave up an easy td drive right off the bat and never blinked. Cousins makes a dumb play and we didn't lose poise. To me that's on the coaching staff and the vets...the ability to move on from bad situations and move on to the next play, not letting it hang around.

1. To me cousins was the obvious difference last night...mvp-like performance. The last td to garçon was perfect...the recognition on the Chris Thompson throw, not every qb can make that read and throw. Also cousins is not doing dumb shit...he is throwing the ball away or he takes a coverage sack. I like that...I like him not forcing dumb shit
2. Jordan Reed Unfuckingbelievable game. Gruden loves him some tight ends and has taken reeds game next level.
3. Pierre garçon...what a game; guy did it all. Huge catches and doing the little things like blocking and recovering the onside. Maybe his best game all season.
4. Preston Smith dominated...wtf and was beating Jason peters a lot of the time.
5. I thought the Oline pass pro was great tonight

A couple things I think are painfully obvious...Alfmo isn't right and we need Matt jones to rest up. Wil Blackmon while he's been ok overall, offenses are going downfield on him. Crowder on punt returns needs to get coached up...he looks really fucking confused on where he is on the field.

Anybody named Pierre last night was clutch!

Garcon was his usual tough self, but what about our late pickup - Pierre Thomas?
And how did we get that guy this late in the season?

The quality veterans that McL & Jay have worked into the roster have been HUGE.
Ricky Jean is just a top notch winner & team leader. I have really grown to respect him more and more each week. Goldson, Knighton, Blackmon have all been big time leaders.

But no doubt, last night was the Kirk Cousins & Jordan Reed show, not to mention D Hall once again making a big time play.

They did break some jinxes that have haunted previous 'skins teams.

I mean seriously, the Redskins made some stupid mistakes & still won!

That's a sign of a team on the rise.
