Haha this! I think it's so glorifying when you're right on such precise low key football details ^^
I predicted all of the cuts they have made so far. I feel so proud of myself. |

Re: Final Cuts 2018
Per Tandler:
2018 Redskins roster transactions: Updated: 10:35 8 transactions reported 29 to go WR Shay Fields LB Jerod Fernandez (Ben Standig, Sports Capitol DC) WR Dan Williams (Standig) OL Kendall Calhoun TE Matt Flanagan (Standig) TE J.P. Holtz S Quin Blanding LB Casanova McKinzy —LB Jerod Fernandez was the only Redskins player who had more than one sack during the preseason. He is a solid practice squad candidate. —TE J.P. Holtz became a trendy pick to make the 53 after he did a good job at fullback, especially lead blocking for Adrian Peterson. It seems that if the Redskins think that they need a fullback they will go out and acquire an actual fullback. |
Keim tweeted Holtz released, per source...
I hope they sign a real deal FB and adapt the running game.
I'm so damn sick of the "duo" play getting a yard and a half on 1st down. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk |

Re: Final Cuts 2018
Tandler 11:15 Update:
OT John Kling LB Vontae Diggs (Craig Hoffman, 106.7 The Fan) OL Isaiah Williams (John Keim, ESPN) LB Pete Robertson (Keim) G Kyle Kalis —Jay Gruden had high praise for LB Pete Robertson early in training camp and he deserved it as he was all over the field. But he didn’t show as well during the preseason games and the writing seems to be on the wall. He has practice squad eligibility. |
Re: Final Cuts 2018
Houston and Cindy released a solid Fullbacks this morning.

Re: Final Cuts 2018
Guard Jonathan Cooper released by the 49er....probably more of a bad scheme fit. I’d get him before Cowboys sign him back...he won’t be without a job long

Re: Final Cuts 2018
Brian Quick cut, good news for Cam Sims

Re: Final Cuts 2018
Tandler 12:45 Update:
OL T.J. Clemmings (Keim) CB Prince Charles Iowrah (Keim) DL Jo Jo Wicker (Standig) RB De’Veon Smith (Les Carpenter, Washington Post) TE Garrett Hudson (Hoffman) WR Brian Quick (Keim) —The release of WR Brian Quick is good news for those who wanted undrafted WR Cam Sims to make the roster. In fact, Keim reported that Sims had made the team. |

If a FB is needed, I see the Packers released Ripkowski.....

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
That dude is solid. We had one of the best in the league and let him go because Jay and Callahan didn't ruin a two back scheme. The Pats run every scheme depending on what players they have and what their opponent does. Releasing DY still ticks me off. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk |
