W/o even watching that, Jayden Daniels was the only right choice. This wasn't a 51/49 type thing. There was a superior player and an inferior player. We drafted the superior player. This man is as smooth as eggs:

torn meniscus . . . repair is 3 to 4 months . . . if only a trim, a few weeks.

Sucks for McCarthy but it could be a blessing in disguise for him as it will give him a year to learn NFL with no pressure.

Now that Cousins is gone, I'm gonna pull for Minnesota (played with their HC at SDSU, well he played, I practiced). I'd much rather watch McCarthy than Darnold.
