Homer: "...and the talking fox was really just that talking dog."
Dog: "Find your soul mate, Homer."
Homer: "Wait, dogs can't talk!"
Dog: "Woof"

Speaking of Buffalo Sauce, check out Wings To Go - Authentic Buffalo Style Chicken Wings and get their Homicide sauce. They have contests to see how many wings someone can endure. The smell of that stuff from 20 feet opens my nasal passages and makes my stomach twinge.

The best hot sauce is the meat hot sauce that you put on burgers. I've heard thats somthing quite local to this area; so you might not have any clue what I'm tlaking about....but man its declious.

I'm heading over there right now. I've gotta try the IPA everyone has been raving about. I'll def. try the hummus while I'm there too.

Hummus with slices of pita bread and toped with pepper plant sauce is the sh-t!http://www.pepperplant.com/BV-Original.jpg I highly recommend trying the pepper plant sauce. It makes a awsome marinade on chicken or steak. I got turned onto it when I was going to school in San Luis Obispo. The only place to get it is on the central coast of CA or online. I haven’t seen it anywhere else. But trust me it's worth a try.

357 Mad Dog Collectors Edition has been ordered. I will have it in about 8 days, along with a casket apparently. If it is as hot as they claim this should be F***ing hilarious.

I eat hot stuff all the time, but at the Baltimore Inner Harbor, I had a sample of some "Crab Sauce" from Crabby Dicks.

I ran out of the store and bought ice cream. I was in pain.

I should go back and buy some. :)

Must've been the Screamin Dicks Sauce:

I once ate a pepper whole, I dont know what it was, it was really tiny and green so it didnt look bad.

I was crying for about 30 minutes and water didnt help. I chugged half a gallon of milk to ease it. Is this sauce gonna be worst than that?

I ate some mystery pepper on a dare one time and was dying.

I just sat in a bath tub with the water running on my mouth for a good 20+ minutes. It sucked.

Sounds like the same little green peppers I suffered from. Someone sent them home with my wife from her work, so I don't know what they were called. I put 3 of these in a pot of chili. It was painful to eat and my hands burnt bad for 4 days from cutting it. I tried calomine lotion, sunburn lotion, everything and nothing helped. My wife couldn't eat it, so I had to eat the whole crock pot of it.

Yes, yes it will. They put straight capsaicin in the sauce.

Ouch, yeah I think you would only use a dash or two of that sauce in a pot of chili.

Re: Favorite Hot Sauce?

I had a bet with my friends ($200) that I couldnt drink a ramakin of Flatliner sauce from the buffalo wing factory (the hottest sauce they have, supposedly have to sign a waiver), and not drink anything for an hour afterwards. Needless to say, I won the bet. But just barely I was dying, it was the worst pain I have ever felt in my life. I paid for it dearly for the next 3 day sitting on the toilet, but I did win $200 bucks!
This is kind of random, but anyone that likes spicy dips has got to try this.

Sunday afternoon I was bored and made a bunch of different kinds of hummus (I go on spontaneous tangents every so often). I made black olive, sun dried tomatoes, avocado, and jalapeno hummus.

No lie, the jalapeno hummus was soo freakin good. Just take 1 can of chick peas,3 fresh chopped jalapenos, 1/4 cup of lemon juice, 2 chopped garlic cloves, and 5 tbls of olive oil. Put it in your blender and eat it with pita bread, bagels, or chips.

It is soooo money.

And no, I wasn't high when I made it.
Why didn't use tahini in the recipe every one I come across calls for it?

I did that last fall. Normally I can handle hot peppers with minimal discomfort, but this one was the hottest thing I've ever had. As soon as I bite into it a huge mass of seeds came pouring out and my tongue felt like it was going to melt.
I tried chugging my beer, but that didn't help. Actually, the weirdest part was that my beer tasted really sweet for the next 30 minutes or so. I was afraid that I had permanently damaged my taste buds or something.

Those tiny little things are not intimidating at all, but as soon as you take a bite it really does suck.

I've used tahini in some, and generally it's something good to add. I wanted the flavor to be just jalapeno and nothing else added.

Sometimes I'll substitute spicy curry paste for tahini. Good shit.

Since we are talking about what burns!

The first half second after you spit out your Listerine, now that is a serious burn!

They have a new one out called vanilla mint and they advertise it as being "less intense". It's pretty good.

I like that Crest stuff that has no burn to it.

If I wanted to gargle and burn, it would be with hard liquor! :)
