Obviously, some of the yardage should be discounted.

Dallas Cowboys linebacker DeMarcus Ware was taken off the field on a stretcher after suffering what appeared to be a head or neck injury in the fourth quarter of today's game against the Chargers.

Ware was conscious, talking to teammates and giving a thumbs up sign as he was carted off the field.

The injury took place while Ware was rushing Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers. As he charged into the San Diego backfield, Ware had a head-on collision with Chargers offensive tackle Brandyn Dombrowski.

Players on both teams were visibly shaken at seeing Ware down for several minutes. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones was shown in his box covering his face with his hands.

UPDATE: Nancy Gay of FanHouse reports that Ware's initial diagnosis is a sprained neck, that he has feeling and full strength in his extremities and that he is alert. Ware is headed to an area hospital for tests.[/quote]

Agreed. His burst up the sideline was unbelievable. That was as fast as I've ever seen anyone on an NFL field. He's a player.

Great to see Dallas doing what they do in December. 0-2. Love it. And it won't get any easier when they go to New Orleans next week.

Where oh where is Sandtrapjack?? Exactly. I can't wait to blast that fairweather Cowgirl next time he comes around here.

yeah his speed is nuts i'd love to see him and knox head to head, imo they are the fastes two guys in the nfl

i said the same thing about sandtrap ealier haven't seen him on here since last sunday, can't wait til he shows his face next weekend when we beat their ass at fedex

Way to go Norvell!! Nice win by the bolts. Damn, Norv is coaching em up. Say what you want about Norv, but give him some tools and he's a great o coordinator. Seems like he's changed over the last couple of years. He's got that crazy, wtf vibe going on. Hope they do some damage in the playoffs this year. B/n them and Indi, right?

Wow I went fishing last night and got home in time to clean the fish and watch the second half of MNF. I think maybe they put some of that fish slime on the football everytime they gave it to the Cards.
