The reason Fletch didn't make this year is the reason he never makes it. He's not perceived to be a playmaker. Fletch is a solid linebacker who consistently accumulates good stats year after year. To be more specific, he's good in pass coverage but not great. Vilma, on the other hand, while he may not be as rounded as Fletcher is considered more of playmaker. Particularly in coverage and defending passes.

I think Fletcher is derserving of a Pro Bowl nod this year, but it's obvious they're looking at something different when grading Fletcher.

Just wondering, if Orakpo had a sudden "injury" would that bring Fletch in to the Pro Bowl? Not saying he should could or would sit out his first appearance, but would his missing the game allow Fletch to make a PB appearance?

i found this list of alternates it's not complete but it's the only list i could find

Yeah, both AJ Hawk and Vilma were selected ahead of Fletcher.

Not only does Fletch get snubbed for the Pro Bowl but he got snubbed for the site banner too! Vote London into the board's graphics!
