Exxxxxxxxxxcellent. Went out after I saw the Cowboys went up and came home to this delightful news.

McNabb benched. Ah, Frazier is smart. Avoid McEmoTurkey using the race card by using the BLACK backup. ;)

NVM, I thought I heard something about Joe Webb.

Lol, Al Michaels . "The future is right now" referring to Ponder. LOL. I only spoke three quarters too soon with regards to Ponder.

Ponder is slippery. Very slippery...kind of like one of those black mobile QBs in their prime...

Well at least Minny got McNabb to wear the wristband. :D Apparently it was too late to help though.

Wow, I just spoke a a big Raiders fan on the phone...said JC was playing well so the Raiders are scrambling for a QB option since Boller clearly won't get it done. He mentioned Garrard and trade talks for Carson Palmer or Kyle Orton...neither likely to get done since the Cincy owner is stubborn and Denver is in the division. Garrard seemed like the best option. Pryor is not in the mix obviously.

Monkeydad 10-17-2011 04:09 PM

Re: Around the NFL week 6

McNabb is likely out of a job too. Benched after looking BAD (the stats are misleading).

The coach won't endorse him as starter (like our coach) and Ponder is likely to start Week 7.

I'm thrilled at that news...been waiting for that bum to get benched and laughing at every loss.

Im diggin it, its football f it! But if your the Skins keep your mouth and fingers to yourselves cause everytime the skins talk smack they get teabagged by the other team. How could you come out flat against a team that embarrassed you in front of millions last year!! WTF! They should have sent a hatchet man out to get ejected early in the game.

People say that Campbell is playing well....

You know his numbers this so far season are worse than they were during his last season here? Just saying...

The Jets are actually similar to us in that they have no identity on offense and play pretty solid 3-4 D most of the time.

Going to be close between them and Indy. Though if Luck turns out to be all that everyone hopes, it's almost unfair for the Colts to get him. Imagine going from Peyton to Luck, with a couple of years to study under Manning?

31 other teams would figure it out sometime.

Stephen Ross sounds like a young Dan Snyder, what with his "all we need is a star head coach and star qb" mentality. That's it Ross, build your team up with stars, look at how well it's working out for the Eagles this year!
