Lol....surging at what? He is middle of the road LB, not a good pass rusher and horrible in coverage.

Yea him and Kerrigan have been extremely disappointing in terms of consistency, even though recently Orakpo has started to show up. I'm not even sure if Kerrigan has played the past three or four games.
