I loved him in college but he turned it over so much his first few years , I have always been a fan of his. Now that he has a great line and weapons he's amazing. Its fun to watch this colts team |

That’s exactly what the problem was, he didn’t have a line and he’s such a competitor that he forced his passes. |

Eagles come back was huge today, if they lose their season is over but now they are alive and well. They will beat us easy next MNF

Re: Around the NFL - Week 12
Rivers 25 of 25 to start the game wow NFL Record
Aldo with Carolina losing, we are the 6 seed not that it matters much today |

I'd rather bring back Steve Spurrier for a 2nd run. |

Yep, not thrilled about Urban Meyer. Some people just never learn. |

That list is a joke. And Mayer is not a pro coach |
Re: Around the NFL - Week 12
Devante Adams is ridiculous
|
Re: Around the NFL - Week 12
Meyer is going to retire due to health issues. jim harbaugh could be an option.

This is what I was talking about in the other thread. These are the game changers you pay (or even overpay) big money for. If you gave me the option of having him and McCoy as your starting QB for 26 mil (23+3) in cap figure or one Alex Smith for 23 million. It's a no brainer. Not even fucking remotely close. Why overpay for marginal talent? Teams need to stop overpaying for average, and set aside the big money for real game changers.
The Rams have no chance to take it all the way w/out Goff. He's their MVP. Look at Denver? Miller isn't taking Denver anywhere. It's still a QB league. The teams w/ the best ones or ones that are playing the best are the best teams... KC, Rams, Saints |

Case Keenum has beaten the Chargers and Steelers 2 weeks in a row, that's who I wanted the Redskins to sign. He's not great but gets the job done and did't cost a shitload of $$$$$$$$$. |

Re: Around the NFL - Week 12
Wish Stefon Diggs were playing in his hometown. But we had Matt Jones ahead of him on our board.

Re: Around the NFL - Week 12
Rodgers losing his edge? Less than 200 yards passing. 0-6 on the road.

Sorry he does. You could get similar production from Colt over 16 games. |
Re: Around the NFL - Week 12
Case is a mid level QB, he will never lead a team anywhere unless its a loaded roster like last season.
As for Arod, they just seem off this yr and maybe it's due to him getting older. I think McCarthy is fired for sure. |

I'd go far as to say that Gurley is their MVP. Over 1,000 yards rushing through 12 weeks and 17 TDs. |
Re: Around the NFL - Week 12
This is a QB league, its that simple. Yes u can make the playoffs with an avg QB and good defense but generally u have to have a top QB to get far. Last yr Philly got hot and made a run with Foles but that was mainly Frank Reich's system. That dude is a genius with QB's.

Gurley is the MVP, the most overlooked player in the game imo. He allows Goff to have time in the pocket and great coverage to throw against. Goff is good, but no Gurley, his numbers aren't close to this. |

In the salary cap era none of the teams who won mostly because of defense stayed relevant for very long, only teams with elite Qbs have had long runs of being top contenders. |

Yep like I was saying last week, PITT NE GB NO All have stayed relevant due to QB play. That is what it boils down to. |

Orakpo still sucks..lol.

Re: Around the NFL - Week 12
So did the NFL issue another apology to us for the Reed hit or fine the Dallas player or did they just give us a big F U and not even acknowledge it?
