IMHO...I would like to have either Greg Williams or Todd Bowls as Defensive Coordinator and Greg Manusky as Line Backers Coach.

As for Jay Gruden, I actually happen to think that he is a decent coach, maybe even a good coach. Although he does need a real Offensive Coordinator.

As others have mentioned no other decent Coach, other than Jay, would work for Dan Synder and Bruce Allen.

So my personal suggestion would be to hire a new Offensive Coordinator and Defensive Coordinator.

Of course I would Love [emoji7] to FIRE [emoji91] Dan Snyder...but that is Not Going to happen
